David Behring, President of the Wheelchair Foundation and fellow Rotarian, will speak about his Foundation's goal to provide a free wheelchair to every child, teen and adult worldwide who needs one but cannot afford to buy one.  This organization has provided 1.2 million wheelchairs to people in 156 countries.  David has traveled to over 35 countries in the world personally delivering wheelchairs. He has always been active in community service and has been a Rotarian for over 23 years and has served as Club President and Assistant District Governor.  He also belongs to the Exchange Club of the San Ramon Valley and the Danville Area Chamber of Commerce, has served as President and the Board of the All Wars Memorial and is a longtime Board Member of Leadership San Ramon Valley.
